My name Daryl Devonish and I am the creator of the 60 Day Body Transformation Challenge.

Most recently I hosted the television series “Run Run Revolution” on CBC, a series where I prepare a group of inactive 12 and 13 year-olds for a 5K race in the Boston Marathon through instruction, motivation and education about exercise and nutrition.

Throughout my 20-plus year career as a professional fitness coach I have worked with many people from all walks of life and have been able to help them all improve.

I have worked with C-level executives, stay-at-home moms, professional, national, and varsity athletes in hockey, beach volleyball and football and every day, average kids.

I am also W Network’s online fitness expert and I have been featured on other various television shows such as W Network’s “The Right Fit” as well as TSN’s “3 Guys and a Goal.”

As a former college football player myself I have juggled a high-level sports commitment while earning a bachelor degree in physical education and health and a bachelor of education degree, both from the University of Toronto.  I currently teach 1st and 4th-year University students on the fundamentals of fitness.

Now as a professional trainer and a married father of two I know how demanding and busy life can be and how CHALLENGING it is to fit fitness into our busy lifestyles. That’s why I developed the 60 Day Body Transformation Challenge.
